The spectacular scenic view of the hotel from nearby Fort Barrington is quite breathtaking and interesting. The property is famous for the hosting of events in the spacious ball room or one of the many Restaurants.
I have enjoyed my Wedding Reception in the Grand Ballroom and the complementary suite there afterwards. The Hotel is quite prominent in the landscape and can be seen from many distant angles and location.
The staff members are friendly and helpful, intent on letting you have a good time. All in all the picturesque hotel and general surroundings all come together to delight and enlight the visitors and patrons.

Poor service throughout from most of the staff, food run out everywhere and quality if available was 1 star, wine was very poor also and they even ran out of spirits and mixers.
Water Sports limited as Hobbie Kat busted for 5 of our 7 days, constant blocked toilets and poor hygiene standards, and a terrible approach to health and safety standards with poor supervision for the children etc!
Lift broken all of stay and we were on 9th floor which was far from ideal. In general we raised our concerns with the management however nothing was considered and after being asked to put our concerns in writing, no one replied!
Everyone was moaning and complained constantly but nothing improved! We were pleased to return to the Uk with sub zero temperatures and the ongoing Covid restrictions , rather than spend another day in this place.

Wonderful vacation despite some negatives. First off, our check in process was seamless and our room was ready even though we arrived way earlier than 3pm.
It seems that a lot of people from the UK experienced more problems with their luggage and checking in, not sure why but we did not have any issues whatsoever.
Room was beautiful ,cleaned everyday, and towels and water were always replenished so no issues there. The overall hotel, pool and beach area were always spotless and clean.
Bar service was great, I don't know why there are such negative reviews about getting drinks. The bar tenders were all so friendly, especially Alvin!
Everyone works so hard and for people to be rude to the workers is unnecessary as you should take up all your issues with management, not the staff.
Dinners were fine we, didn't have long wait times, and if you do have a long wait just go to the bar, you're on vacation what's the rush??
Lunch was our least favorite because of lack of options but I'm on vacation and made the best of it, no big deal.
Due to covid you can't serve yourself for the buffet ,so for breakfast we always ordered room service and we never had any issues.
